University Identification Policy
Every University student, faculty and staff member will be issued a University ID that will serve as a person's official University identification and must be accessible at all times. University IDs will be issued electronically, and may be accessed on an individual’s smartphone via the Mobile ID system, eAccounts. In addition, the University ID must be provided to University Officials (including student staff members such as Resident Assistants and Resident Directors) upon request, as long as the official is acting in accordance with their responsibilities.

For individuals who do not have access to a smartphone device, or are unwilling to use the Mobile ID feature, a physical ID card may be purchased for a cost of $20.
