EDUC 707 Global Dimensions of Human Exceptionalities

This course will examine local and global perspectives on human exceptionalities and their influence on education, organizational practice, and leadership effectiveness. Candidates will evaluate international contexts to identify challenges that affect teaching, learning, and educational outcomes, while developing strategies to address them proactively. Emphasis will be placed on globalization and international comparisons to highlight how worldwide trends shape educational and organizational practices in the United States today.
