HCMG 560 Survey of Healthcare Management

This bridge course introduces graduate students of diverse academic preparedness to healthcare delivery in the United States. Historical perspectives are included as well as an overview of current healthcare delivery systems including how economic, political, social and demographic factors as well as personal behavior influence healthcare costs, quality of service, and access in the United States. This course helps to prepare graduate students for successful careers in traditional healthcare settings.
