PHYS 550 Systems and Interactions I

This course integrates the concepts and principles of traditional mechanics and thermal physics. Emphasis is placed on building understanding of physical systems and their interactions in a contemporary context, with applications integrating the atomic nature of matter with fundamental principles such as conservation of momentum, conservation of energy, and the laws of thermodynamics and statistical physics.
