Disability and Student Accommodation Policy

Any student admitted to The University of Findlay who has a documented disability which affects his or her ability to participate fully in class has the right to request accommodations in accordance with Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Subpart E-Postsecondary Education and The Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Reasonable accommodations are determined through the interactive initiated by student and evaluated by the Director of Accommodation and Academic Support Center or designee and are provided through the Office of Accommodation and Inclusion.
