PHAR 510 Anticoagulation Management
This course is intended to provide future practitioners with added exposure and practice in the realm of anticoagulation therapy management. It will provide a review of the most up-to-date medications and guidelines, as well as real life and mock application scenarios for further development of patient management of these useful but dangerous medications with an emphasis on patient monitoring and education.
