PHAR 521 Therapeutic Issues and Advances in Mental Health
This is a highly interactive course designed to review therapeutic issues and advances that are pertinent to psychiatric pharmacy practice today and to develop skills in the psychopharmacotherapeutic management of persons afflicted with mental illness. Students will also gain a greater awareness and appreciation for the stigma associated with mental illness and develop the skills necessary to avoid contributing to that stigma in their professional practice.
