ANSC 435 Introduction to Animal Ultrasound
This course provides a foundation in the basic principles of ultrasound imaging for the animal sciences. Students will gain the understanding and recognition of ultrasound equipment; receive instruction on the physics governing ultrasound imaging, and basic image orientation and scan planes. This course also provides students with experiential hands-on scanning in ultrasound for the animal sciences in a controlled laboratory environment.
