EQST 275 Introduction to Leadership in Equine Studies

This course provides an introduction to leadership with an emphasis on leadership within the equine industry. Students will be introduced to various leadership styles and identify their personal style of leadership. Communication, professional relationship building, and motivation will be discussed and employed via active learning in a team environment.
