JAPN 321 Third-Year Japanese II
Building on the foundation acquired from JAPN 220/JAPN 221, this course continues to develop skills and knowledge beyond the basic mastery of the spoken language. Training in written language continues and enables students to read some simple authentic materials and to write in a simple manner. The course requires a great amount of preparation outside the classroom using audiotapes, videos, CDs, and written texts. Completion of JAPN 321 satisfies the language requirements for the Japanese major.
