SOWK 410 Social Work Field Instruction II

This course consists of the student's final field placement experience in a program-approved social service agency under the supervision of a professional social worker. As a learner, the student will gain and implement the skills, knowledge, values acquired in the curriculum, leading to professional, entry-level practice as a social worker. Students will spend at least 480 hours in the agency and will attend a two-hour-per-week seminar which will integrate previous course work and the practicum experience. This course will be graded S/U.
