SPAN 250 Spanish Film

Taught in English, this course surveys notable films (in Spanish with English subtitles) from the 20th and 21st centuries. Students will learn to employ comparative and rhetorical analysis to examine topics such as human nature, contemporary themes, and aesthetic and artistic expression. This course is repeatable up to six hours, as long as the topics are different.
