SPEM 327 Catering and Event Management

This course will prepare the participant to design, plan, market, and stage a catering function either on their own or as part of a larger event. There are a myriad of festivals, weddings, parties, as well as celebratory and sporting events all requiring expert planning. This course will explore the concepts relating to appropriate planning of these events.
