English Language and American Culture Certificate

 A certificate in English Language and American Culture consists of 18 semester hours of credit in ELAC course work and indicates the equivalent levels of language study successfully completed at the University. A grade of “C” or better or "S" is required in each of the courses selected to satisfy the certificate program.

Certificate Requirements

For certification of language proficiency at a particular level, the following core courses are required:

Level I:
