EDFI 538 Reading and Writing Across the Content Areas

This course will focus on the basic instructional strategies of content area reading and writing. Post-baccalaureate students will explore all areas of the language arts as they relate to content area subject matter including: setting purposes for reading and writing, accommodating for individual differences, developing academic vocabulary, using library and technology resources and addressing current state mandates.
