ENTP 410 New Venture Creation

This course focuses on the identification and exploitation of opportunities that create value for the firm and society without regard to initial resources. Students will examine the issues that start-up, for-profit, governmental, and nonprofit organizations face in their efforts to sustain a competitive advantage through innovation and change. In addition, students will develop a working knowledge of a business model and its contribution to the entrepreneurial process.
