ENTP 420 Small Business Development
This course will focus on the objectives, challenges, and requirements to manage a small business. We define a small business to be an enterprise that is geographically local, having fewer than 100 employees, and where a few individuals have provided the initial financing. The course will focus on opportunity identification, value creation, decision-making, team building, and other essential processes to effectively operate and ensure the long-term health of the business venture.
