FNCE 460 Fixed Income Securities Analysis
This course focuses on the nature of fixed income securities analysis and the portfolio construction. It builds on the basic of investment analysis and brings into focus the process of portfolio construction as it relates to fixed income and dividend securities. Students will construct, benchmark, and analyze fixed income portfolios that mirror an index or are eclectic in nature. This course will also cover ethics related to portfolio management.
