FNCE 400 Corporate Financial Management

This course covers important topics in corporate finance from the perspective of financial managers who are responsible for making investment and financing managerial decisions. Emphasis is placed on the theoretical underpinnings of a broad range of corporate finance theories and their applications to various corporate managerial decision situations. Topics include capital budgeting, cash flow estimation, corporate payout policies, financial leverages and capital structure choices, financial planning, working capital management, hybrid financing resources, corporate financial risk management, and contemporary issues in corporate financial management selected by the instructor.
