PLAW 320 Public Policy Analysis
Federal and state public agencies must use detailed analysis to evaluate the cost of their regulations on the public, to evaluate alternatives, to seek public comment, and to make a final policy decision. Additional regulations may require an environmental or health and safety review. This course will introduce students to these requirements and teach basic analytic skills for determining need, alternative solutions, and their impacts.
