MBA 624 Organizational and Human Resource Development

This course focuses on effective human resource development skills for the workplace including training programs to help people adjust to their new roles and to learn more about the organization and its culture. Topics which will be addressed include training, development, career management, coaching, mentoring, performance management, feedback and succession planning.
