MBA 673 Special Topics in Accounting
This course prepares students to understand complicated issues facing managers and accountants. The subjects will vary depending on the accounting issues facing managers. The course includes an in-depth study of the managerial situation with specific attention given to business context and strategic positioning. Students will use their ability to calculate the numbers necessary and to interpret what course of action should be taken. Students will demonstrate accounting ethics as they relate to the cases. This course is repeatable for up to six semester hours, provided the topics are different.
