MBA 683 Special Topics in Finance
This course is designed to focus on special topics of current interest in the world of corporate finance and management. Topics may include a wide variety of contemporary finance and management issues as they relate to financial restructuring, global financial management, hybrid financing, leveraged buyouts, mergers, acquisitions and related types of reorganizations. This course is repeatable up to 6 semester hours, provided the topics are different.
