BUAD 370 Introduction to Business Analytics
This course is designed as an introduction to analytics for business students. It provides students with the fundamental concepts and tools needed to understand the role of analytics within organizations from a business and management perspective. Specific attention will be paid to understanding and applying basic business analytic tools such as spreadsheets and using results to support decision-making across the organization. Emphasis will be placed on concepts, applications, and interpretation of results applicable to making business decisions with data support.
