COMM 200 Sport Communication
This course is designed to provide an analysis of various topics within the field of sport communication. This includes examines the sports communication industry including media relations, community relations, building a fan base, crisis communications, and careers in sport communication. Interpersonal communication in sports, organizational communication in sports, sport media, and sports criticism will also be discussed. Skills in writing, analytics, and strategy will provide a baseline understanding of communication theories and principles within sport communication.
