Minor Requirements
A minor in human resource management consists of
plus three of the following:
| BUAD 338 | Training and Development Systems | 3 |
| BUAD 339 | Performance Management Systems | 3 |
| BUAD 425 | Designing and Staffing Organizations | 3 |
| BUAD 430 | Compensation Systems Design | 3 |
The minor in human resource management is only available to students pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a major in the College of Business or the business administration minor.
