EDSP 644 Developing a Professional Learning Community

This class is for teacher leaders and administrators who want to implement the Professional Learning Community model. Students will acquire the knowledge, skills and dispositions needed to identify key components of the Professional Learning Community model and its various elements, such as mission, vision, values, S.M.A.R.T. goals, cultures of collaboration and a results orientation.
