CSCI 110 First-Year Experience for Analytical Sciences

This course will assist students in making a successful transition to The University of Findlay both academically and personally. The course aims to foster a sense of belonging, and promote engagement in the curricular and co-curricular life of the College of Sciences and analytical disciplines. This class will also articulate to students the expectations of the college and its faculty, help students develop and apply problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and help students continue to clarify their direction and goals in preparation for meaningful lives and productive careers. This course is intended for students majoring in computer science, mathematics, or chemistry.
