CSCI 190 Digital Literacy for the Sciences

This course is designed to provide a comprehensive overview of digital literacy concepts pertaining to computers, devices, and the Web. In addition, application development, algorithmic development, careers, and technology opportunities will be explored. Laboratory work will include word processing, presentation graphics, electronic spreadsheets, and database management using the Microsoft Office suite.
