Spanish for the Professions BA
A major in Spanish for the Professions consists of at least 36 semester hours of approved courses beyond Spanish II.

| SPAN 490 | Selected Topics in Spanish | 1 to 4 |
| SPAN 491 | Independent Study in Spanish | 1 to 4 |
| SPAN 499 | Study/Internship in a Spanish-Speaking Country | 1 to 6 |
A maximum of three courses within the major (SPAN 220, SPAN 221, SPAN 332) may be waived due to advanced placement.
