Diagnostic Medical Sonography Certificate

A certificate of completion in diagnostic medical sonography consists of successfully completed (grade of "C" or better) post-secondary prerequisites (college algebra [MATH 138] or higher; conceptual physics with lab [PHYS 150/PHYS 150L] or higher; healthcare ethics [PHIL 221]; human anatomy and physiology courses [BIOL 222, BIOL 222L, BIOL 223, BIOL 223L]; and speech/oral communication [COMM 110]), medical terminology [ANHS 220], cardiovascular electrophysiology [ANHS 495], and the program courses.

This certificate may be applied towards an associate or baccalaureate degree.
