Echocardiography and Sonography Certificate Programs

The University of Findlay offers a 12-month program in diagnostic medical sonography and echocardiography consisting of a didactic term and two clinical terms. Students may complete this program as a stand-alone certificate, as part of a UF Associates’ or bachelor’s degree, or as a transient student transferring credits towards a degree from another institution. When taken as part of a UF degree this program is eligible for federal and state aid during the didactic and clinical terms and institutional aid during the didactic term only. When taken as an undergraduate certificate program, the program is not eligible for federal or state aid but may receive institutional aid during the didactic term only. Private aid can be used to pay costs for all terms of instruction: didactic and clinical sections. Transient students receive all aid through their home institution.
