PHAR 423 Leadership in Pharmacy

This course will develop pharmacy students’ leadership skills and they will learn how to apply them in the professional pharmacy setting. The course will offer an introduction to the principles and practices of leadership, including core competencies and characteristics of effective leaders. This course will equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary to become successful leaders in the profession of pharmacy.
