Strength and Conditioning BS
A major in strength and conditioning consists of a comprehensive curriculum incorporating required courses and elective courses. This degree focuses on concepts and applications of scientific principles of strength and conditioning. Successful completion of the program of study will allow the student to sit for the national certification exam (NSCA CSCS Exam). A passing score on the certification exam, however, is not necessary for awarding of a Bachelor of Science degree in strength and conditioning by The University of Findlay.
The Undergraduate Strength and Conditioning Program at The University of Findlay has met the criteria as an approved and recognized program through the NSCA Education Recognition Program (ERP). Program approval through the NSCA ERP does not constitute nor imply accreditation through the CASCE.
