If completing the major with graduate work in The University of Findlay’s Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program (Early Assurance or Junior Admit options), the bachelor's degree will be awarded after successful completion of the first year of the graduate-level coursework. Students enrolled in the DPT Early Assurance or Junior Admit options must complete a minimum of 15 credit hours of 300-400 level courses in one content area (e.g. Exercise Science for Health Professions [ANHS], Wellness and Health Promotion [ANHS], Strength and Conditioning [SCON]) and a total of 101 credits for students entering the University as a first-year student in the fall 2026 or later and the DPT cohort summer 2029 or later or a total of 93.5 credits for students entering the University as a first-year student in the fall 2023, 2024, or 2025 in combination with completing all major required courses and all CORE+ required courses. Students wishing to enter University of Findlay’s DPT program must also complete PSYC 208, a prerequisite for admission into the graduate program.
