Environment, Health, Safety, and Sustainability BS
The environment, health, safety, and sustainability major consists of required environmental, health, safety, sustainability, math, science, All Hazards Training Center (AHTC), and approved elective courses. Students may choose to take additional AHTC courses; however, only 1.5 hours of AHTC elective courses can be counted toward graduation. Students must participate in at least one internship, cooperative position, or cumulative experience for academic credit which allows students to gain practical on-the-job experience.
Training courses are taught at the All Hazards Training Center (AHTC) and are usually offered on weekends during the academic semester.
