OCTH 508 Movement Analysis of Occupation

This course is a study of functional anatomy and biomechanical principles as it applies to human movement and occupations. Emphasis is placed on basic concepts in biomechanics, joint structure and function, muscle structure and function related to the human body and how this impacts daily occupational performance. Laboratory experiences include analysis of movement, gait, functional occupations, range of motion, manual muscle testing and posture.
