ANSC 340 Livestock and Agricultural Product Merchandising
This course provides instruction and hands-on experiences designed to provide students with the knowledge and capability of multiple techniques commonly used in the merchandising of livestock species and products related to the livestock industry. Students will participate in the demonstrations and activities that introduce various methods and techniques used in merchandising products of the livestock industry.
