ANSC 356L Poultry Production and Management Lab

This course provides an in‐depth study and practical application of the principles of bird production and management with an emphasis on chickens. Laboratories will reinforce the topics covered in the lecture and could include breeding, nutrition, health, feedstuffs, housing and equipment, waste management, processing and products, and markets.
