ANSC 352L Dairy Production and Management/Lab

This course provides an in-depth study and practical application of the principles of dairy production and management. Topics will reinforce the discussions covered in the lecture and could include breeding, nutrition, health, feedstuffs, housing and equipment, waste management, processing and products, and markets.
