ENGL 340 Major Works of American Literature-1945 to Present
This course focuses on post-World War II American literature, including both the mid- to late-20th and early-21st century. Topics include the Modernists, Post Modernists, Confessional, Regional Deep Image, Metafiction, feminism, and diversity. The role of literature in society from the mid-20th to early-21st century will also be explored.
