Research Activity and Intellectual Property
Students at the University of Findlay (University), working on or assisting on a research project at the University are subject to the terms of the Intellectual Property Policy of the University. Any invention that might be made by a student so engaged in the research project shall be owned by the University. Students agree to execute any document necessary to vest or transfer title to such invention to the University. The Intellectual Property Policy of the University can be referenced in Appendix M-Intellectual Property Policy.
