Recording - Audio, Photo, and or Video

Using electronic or other means to make a video, audio, or photographic record of any person in a location where there is a reasonable expectation of privacy without the person’s prior knowledge or permission in each instance, when such a recording is likely to cause injury, distress, or damage to reputation is prohibited. The storing, sharing, and/or distributing of such unauthorized records by any means is also prohibited.

Using electronic or other means to make a video, audio, or photographic record of any class related activity is only permitted if the instructor provides approval in advance. Instructors have the right to control the learning environment and to permit or deny permission to do electronic video or audio recording at their discretion.

Using electronic or other means to make a video, audio, or photographic record of any meeting and/or conversation without the express permission from all parties involved is prohibited.
