University Damage Policy
Damages to University property will be charged to those found responsible for the damage.
On-campus residents are responsible for all University owned furnishings in their assigned area. Any damages beyond normal wear and tear discovered will result in the assessment of charges. In the event that individual responsibility cannot be determined, damage charges will be divided equally among any occupants of the assigned living area.
