Theft and Possession of Stolen Property
The taking, or possession of, items belonging to another individual or entity without permission is strictly prohibited. Theft is further defined as the taking or attempting to take anything of value from the care, custody or control of a person or persons by force or threat of force or violence and/or by putting the victim in fear.
The unauthorized possession, or the relocation/redistribution, of University property and/or resources is also prohibited. All individuals are responsible for any damages to University property incurred by their actions, as well as any resulting restoration and/or clean up.
